Return and Cancellation Policy

All returns and cancelled orders must be made within 60 days of order receipt date. Items must be in new condition to be accepted as a return and returned in the original shipping container to:

We suggest you insure the package via U.S. Mail, FedEx or UPS and purchase tracking services for your protection. Save the shipping receipt for your records. Only merchandise received by Visions of Destiny will be subject to this return policy and credited.

All returns and canceled orders will be credited to the original form of payment. Your credit card account will be credited upon processing of the returned item(s), and the credit should appear on your next statement. You will receive an e-mail notification upon the completion of return or cancellation processing.

Shipping Policy Shipping

Jononye.com ships orders only in the continental United States and uses only Standard Ground shipping.  Please allow 7 to 14 business days for delivery.
Jononye.com endeavors to ship purchases within 72 hours of receiving your order.

Each address you instruct us to ship to is considered a separate order and is subject to applicable shipping charges.

We ship via UPS that delivers Monday through Friday during normal business hours. 
If ordering from outside the continental United States, please contact us for shipping and handling charges and time frames for expecting purchases.
